If for any reason you change your mind about the "Broadband at Home" service, you can cancel your service at any time up to 30 days from the date you receive the service. All you'll need to pay is any additional charges incurred which are not included in your minimum monthly payment (such as calls to mobiles not on the Virgin Mobile network, calls to special numbers and international calls).
We recommend that you do not port your number until you are satisfied with service.
